You gotta admit the timing of the Dekalb vote dump is fishy: as soon as Walker pulled ahead, along comes a 100k+ dump for Warnock, thats damn fishy.
They were holding back. Given the relatively early time, I’m not sure they had much time to make up phony ballots.
