So maybe they make a blower with catalytic converter? I wonder what kind of price that would cost

Out of the user is the problem. To burn off the nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and hydrocarbons catalytic converters operate from 500 to up to 1200 degrees. You want an 800 degree piece of metal on your back that just happens to be a few inches from the gas tank.
Cost isn’t the issue catalytic converters run around 800 and up to 1200 degrees so putting one on your back inches from your fuel tank isn’t a good idea
