Biden is so far gone, that I expect him to start smelling all the women near him while on live TV soon.
I can’t post pictures from my phone... but there was a picture of him sniffing up the He/She that interviewed him last week.
I guess there isn’t a depth Jotato won’t plumb. Or sniff as the case may be.
