New York — of all places — is in play as a swing state on Election Day.
Top Republicans in the House of Representatives say the road to their majority will run through the Empire State, after redistricting left the historically blue stronghold with toss-up seats they aim to turn red.
“We believe New York is a top battleground state. We have a chance to win a bunch of seats in New York and we have invested nearly $10 million in making that happen,” said Rep. Tom Emmer (R-Minnesota), chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee. Republicans need to flip just five seats to take control of the House and snatch the speaker’s gavel from California Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

Election Day isn’t the problem. It’s the counting for a week afterward that is the problem in Red and RINO controlled states.

Election day should be one day and one day only not election week election month

Unfortunately, Maloney will win. He has the endorsement of the Hasidic rabbis who backed Trump.

Some countries in Europe have the elections for two days over the weekend. I think that is a reasonable balance to give people the opportunity to vote. The big problem is the mail in ballots. They are the easiest to corrupt, since it just requires a corrupt postal employee to destroy the chain of custody, etc. Then there is the issue of taking a week to count the mail in ballots so that more can be "found" when the wrong candidate is ahead on election night.
The most time consuming task in that process should be signature verification, which as we saw in the 2020 Big Steal, didn't happen. Yet it still took forever for the million dollar voting machines to tabulate the votes. So, again, it's not what happens on Election Day, but in the following week that is of crucial importance. Who counts the votes and how is always the issue to determine if the election was free and fair.
