"Regardless of the overall state of the conflict it is always possible for one side to decide to attack civilian infrastructure. It seems like a dumb idea, and is largely an act of terrorism, but Russia seems to like that strategy.

Lets hope that the Russians don't continue down that path because the Ukrainians may be tempted to launch similar sabotage attacks."

Ukraine started this with its attack on the Kerch Bridge and its shelling of the Zap nuclear power plant. That is what put infrastructure into play. Ukraine now has no chance of winning this war.

No, Russia started this in 2014 when it seized Crimea and launched attacks on Ukraine. In early 2022 Russia also attacked infrastructure targets in Ukraine.

You are either uninformed or just another pro-Russia propaganda poster. Which is it?
