Spot on. We see exactly the same thing with the idiotic windmills. They put all their money into acquiring the stupidity, and then they end up sitting idle.
About five or six years ago I drove on Route 80 eastbound through Iowa, and there was a massive wind farm that seemed to go on for miles and miles.
Not a single one of those damn things was turning. Not one. And it didn’t appear to be a lack of wind that I could see, as I saw the trees stirring.
But, do you suppose those A holes will ever admit they F’d up? Not a chance.
