I self identify as a bank. I give all new depositors 1 billion dollars for opening an account at Dr. Evil savings and loan. Now the other banks must acknowledge my customers and allow them to do transactions.
It is just a matter of time before a student self-identifies as the re-incarnation of Al Capone and demands everyone’s lunch money.
