I know the POTUS and VPOTUS are not subject to the Hatch Act, but how is this not a violation? Prime time speech, using executive branch assets, to not simply support Dems, but attack political opposition before a midterm election?!
People who abuse power usually end up losing it - if the voters get their way, anyhow.
