Presently he’s being look at for attempted murder. That’s something that Paul can’t wish away. Remember, too, this guy is a homeless drug addict. He absolutely cannot be trusted, regardless of payment. The National Enquirer will offer him a lot more than $250k.
DePape will be dead within the week. The Democrats and their corrupt media have set the narrative that this was a right wing plot. They can’t afford to go back now.

I am not familiar with California DUI law, but it is likely he had a driver license suspension at some point during his DUI adjudication. If he took it early, he may be driving again although with a breathalyzer interlock according to court reports on his sentencing
I have a theory about the “unknown person” who opened the door.
Things we know:
Paul Pelosi isn’t unknown.
David DePape isn’t unknown. Therefore it couldn’t have been either of them.
The police are also saying there was no third person.
This leaves me to believe that the door was unlocked and possibly even left ajar. My theory is that the police said that an unknown person let them in, because they don’t want to be accused of breaking and entering themselves. So this is a concocted story by the police, to cover up for them going inside, even for a welfare check.
Nothing adds up. This is how we know they are lying to us.
If we should contemplate to ever watch SNL once again,
this would be a necessity in their opening skits. Which
actors playing what characters is still being determined.
