Yeah, but the story has changed again. Now being said the alleged perp was not in his underwear. It was a Fox station that reported initially reported this. According to the Heavy website, the reporter is an experieced crime reporter in the SF area, he cited unnamed police sources. TV station now says they are retracting the story.

No third person. Now, nobody in their underwear.
