Wayback Machine will only have a copy of the page snapshot when someone puts it there. It doesn’t have the copy of the whole internet (which would be impossible).
The Wayback Machine crawls indexes of sites for their map to websites unless the site owner places a file on their site to expressly exclude the Wayback Machine from copying it.
Most people either don't know about this, don't do it, or don't care.
