Could we please drop the absurd notion that DePape just happened to be wandering around Pelosi's extremely wealthy neighborhood at night, in his underwear, carrying a hammer? That is so unlikely as to be laughable. Also, the police stated that they saw DePape wrestle the hammer away from Pelosi before using it to attack him. THERE WAS ONLY ONE HAMMER and IT BELONGED TO PELOSI.
Pelosi's driver's license was suspended following his DUI. That meant that he could no longer drive himself to his nighttime entertainment. It is reasonable to wonder if he invited his entertainment to come to him.
How did DePape get to Pelosi's house? He probably drove there and was permitted to pass by security guards after they got clearance from Pelosi. That is consistent with the reference to "David" being a "friend." Is DePape's car still at the Pelosi house? I have not seen any mention of his car, or of other means of transportation for DePape.
Much of the reported information about DePape is very old. I thought there would be current information about DePape by today. Does he still live in the schoolbus in the Berkeley hippie house? More importantly, is he bisexual, and is he currently working as a male prostitute?
Regarding the "break in". There appears to be no evidence that DePape forced his way into the house. Photos show a broken window, with a hole too small to permit a person to pass through. The broken glass from that window is clearly visible as a pile that is OUTSIDE the house.
Where are DePape's pants? Are they hanging in Pelosi's closet? The initial report said that both men were in their underpants. How do you explain that, other than that this was a homosexual liason?
