I interpreted the reports as saying both had hands on one hammer. The younger guy pulled it away from the guy twice his age then deployed it against the older head. Whether the perp brought said hammer with him or whether it was Pelosi's lying around the house over which they started fighting I don't know. Nor to I know whether the guy arrived without pants or shed them after arrival but pre-fight. Both missing facts are important.
The police SAID they BOTH had Hammers. The guy was in his UNDERWEAR at 2:30 AM!
