I’m sure they were involved in the development of the things Twitter was up to, they might have even suggested some of them, but my experience tells me they were just foot soldiers doing what they were told. Given their politics I’m sure they wholeheartedly agreed with the direction of management.

Whoever was told to suspend Trump’s account was probably a high-level executive.

Now that there is absolutely for sure. And all the other very high profile bans had to be executive decisions. Because you can bet they also contacted their legal team about damage control before they did it. :)

CEO Parag Agrawal. He bragged about it on internal Slack (how ironic), while Unabomber was on one of his 'cleansing' pilgrimages in Polynesia.

Jack simply didn't oppose it, having gone to this overpriced overseas hempstead (after a mental 'break') to help himself 'sort out' the fact he could never convince Google to buy Twitter -- twice -- and put him on their Board of Directors.
