When Musk orders a freeze, will there be a freeze or Twitter employees with enough access privileges be able to “burn papers”?
It is virtually impossible to "burn papers" in a large modern IT enterprise. Data is replicated/snapshotted/geo-split/backed up in multiple ways.
I would expect auditing tools are in place that provide for the discovery of who did what, and when.
I manage just such a system for my benevolent corporate overlords. Given a pittance of information I can have the answers in a matter of minutes.
