Prices of “real property” fall all the time.
There have been plenty of property price collapses in American history.

I would not value Tesla as a reliable asset.

I would.
Tesla is vastly more of a reliable asset than Facebook for example.
And Tesla is run by Elon Musk, the greatest entrepreneur on the planet if not in history. Plus Musk partly owns SpaceX as well.

A few high profile deaths and the EV Charade ends quickly.
