I wonder how many files the former employees have destroyed on their way out?
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to destroy files at a huge IT company like Twitter? Everything is digitized on giant storage arrays that are replicated/geo-split/backed up/backed up again/etc.
A few assholes might delete some stuff, but they aren't going to destroy anything. All that accomplishes is making some work for the team that's responsible for data security.
