The dims will accuse him of not being "compassionate" as a doctor when he kicks a$$. They may go as far as claiming that he was unethical and demand his license to practice be revoked.

Fetterman has a terrible record of being an awful mayor of a small town. Sorry he had a stroke but he’s mentally incompetent. Yet he’s neck and neck with his opponent.
