If Putin has 20 million soldiers LOL. "If" is doing a lot of work there. To get 20 million soldiers Putin would literally have to draft every Russian man between 18 and 49 and he still wouldn't have enough after excluding people in poor health. Call me crazy, I don't think that's going to happen.
