I well am aware of her. But your laws for blocking streets and highways need revision. Last year! All your cops need to do is to go in. Even by helicopter if feasible. Drag these idiots off to the side. Handcuff them to lamp posts and trees, to await transport out to jails and judges. No bail granted!
