EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Dan Crenshaw Campaign Paid Firm That Employs His Wife
DAILYCALLER.COM ^ | 10/17/2022 | HENRY ROGERS

RRepublican Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw’s campaign has paid a small agency that employs his wife hundreds of thousands of dollars since 2020, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records reviewed by the Daily Caller.

The firm, Pink Cilantro, is a boutique branding agency based in Houston, Texas. The agency’s website, in service since 2013, went offline as recently as June, according to the internet archive called “The Wayback Machine.” Pink Cilantro’s owner, Basya Benshushan, told the Caller that they are in the process of “rebranding” the agency and that’s why the website is down.

Since 2020, Crenshaw’s campaign has paid Pink Cilantro more than $350,000. A Crenshaw spokesperson confirmed to the Caller that Tara Crenshaw is still an employee of Pink Cilantro but said her work is separate from the work the agency does for Crenshaw’s campaign.

Pink Cilantro is listed in Crenshaw’s financial disclosure report as “Spouse salary.”

The Caller pressed Benshushan about how much Tara Crenshaw has been paid by Pink Cilantro, as it is not applicable in Crenshaw’s financial disclosure report. Benshushan said he checked with her accountant and found that their agency has paid Tara Crenshaw more than $60,000.

The Bidens have made Billions.

Mansions after mansions, Porsches for both kids.

It’s hard to take serious any Investigation when the President brags about using taxpayer money to fire the Prosecutors looking on his Cash Business.

The Woodlands isn't that naive. They were represented by Kevin Brady for decades. It's where the money moved to when River Oaks and Memorial were all filled up.

I don’t kick or harass disabled vets

So disabled vets get a free ride ?

Not that I would ever vote for a Democrat but Crenshaw votes like one at times.

Bernie Sanders tops them all. He was the first person to figure out that he could hire someone to place all of his campaign adds. He did so by hiring his wife to place them. She was paid a percentage of the cost of each add placement.

Yeah really.

As much as I’d like to see Crenshaw dragged, or even replaced, that’s some small-potato stuff there.

I have lots of friends in that district and every one of them has concluded he is a rino at best and most consider him an opportunistic grifter

He’ll get primaried from the right next cycle

Crenshaw is not in The Woodlands. Morgan Lattrell is running for the seat in The Woodlands area. He’s going to crush it.

Kevin Brady is retiring.

The Woodlands was redistricted. Brady's old district (TX-8) is now north of The Woodlands in Conroe, and parts of southwest Houston.

The Woodlands is now in district TX-2.

TX-8

TX-2

Houston’s delegation mostly followed party lines. Here’s how they voted on impeaching Trump a second time:

Texas District 2 Rep. Dan Crenshaw (Rep): No
