Rising COVID-19 cases in Europe are setting off warnings that the U.S. could experience a new surge this winter.
Previous jumps in the U.S. have followed a pattern in which cases first rise in Europe, making officials nervous they could see a spike in U.S. cases as the weather turns.
The most recent data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control shows that cases began going up around the beginning of September in Europe.
The seven-day average is roughly 230,000 cases per day, reflecting rates that were seen in late July when Europe was still dealing with the omicron BA.4/BA.5 subvariant wave.
World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated last week that a rise in cases in Europe was expected due to cooling temperatures, but stressed that hospitalizations and deaths did not have to rise as well due to the viral therapeutics that are now available.
Confirmed coronavirus-related deaths across the European Union have remained low, with a seven-day average of 280 as of last week.

It’s not like diversity loving universities would ever allow an islamic radical to be affirmatively hired for these projects...
...EXACTLY!
The people who buy this crap are the ones who cannot imagine what they would do without a mobile phone if stranded. There just HAS to be something “safe and effective” out there that will save them. No way are they going to attempt to think for themselves. There is no hope for them.
bring back the pcr test and test everyone at 40 cycles
the pandemics back on
just in time for the election
Treatment with ivermectin, the hydroxychloroquine-zinc-azithromycin protocol, fresh air and sunshine are all very effective means of control. Lockdowns and masks DO NOT WORK.
There is NO effective immunization that works reliably, and it presents its own set of problems, relating to nerve disorders, circulatory problems, and inflammations of body tissues that have no known relief.
There has been a vast disincentive to apply the knowledge we have already gained, and nobody in position of authority is willing to speak out about the simple steps we need to take to reduce the coronavirus infections to the rather minor inconveniences they once were. In places it is actually forbidden, under threat of legal actions, to even bring up alternative cures in conversation.
You want to kill off all spores and virus particles out in the environment? Application of UV-C light treatments and ozone generators to enclosed spaces and on surfaces very effectively destroys their viability, but of course, it also has very serious ill effects on plants, pets and human beings, so those closed spaces have to be left sealed until the treatment is completed.
Uh sure, I’ll get right on worrying about the next Covid wave. Will it be hitting before or after the nukes?
Lockdowns start November 1st?...
I hate cut and paste posts. Are you on the spectrum?
Covid is over. It never was what they said it was and the jab is worse than the disease.
Click. Turn off he paranoia machine.
Harari, ja ja, the Jew who didn’t think Hitler killed enough Jews. Und, ja, ja, Schwab whose mega $$ comes from German company owned by his family that produced ammunition for Hitler. Ammo or some other equipment —I’m a girl, so what do I know about that stuff?
Wouldn’t global warming be welcome now so that we don’t have to go into a dark winter of viruses? Warmer temps would save lives from COVID? Right?
They’re trying to gin it up, for midterms, then, post election, most likely.
SSDY
Or just after, if they’re attempting an “everything is okay and improving” story;une for the Dems.
All of the right info, Fellow Freeper ! 👍🏼👌🏼
I had it, no it’s not.
Heck, my co-worker had it just last week.
Yep. Just in time for midterm elections. Ridiculously predictable. Our g9vernment is so freaking corrupt, really both sides are.
How in the hell is this even legal?
Boston University, for crying out loud, 80% mortality rate in mice for re-engineered Covid-19.
This has to stop.
