Dump out the violent criminals with "no bail." Defund the police. The skyrocketing crime (predictable) drives out those that can afford it. That upper middle-class taxpayer is exactly the type to vote against Democrats.
Then what's left in Detroit. Baltimore, etc. are the complete working poor and unworking poor who vote 90%+ for Democrats. Complete Dem control.
Complete Dem control in just ONE major city is enough to flip the entire state. Philly flips PN. Atlanta flips GA. Etc.
But that requires total political control by the Dem party so the steal can be coordinated.
