I wouldn’t dignify their subpoena with a reply.

Trump would then be found to be in ‘contempt of Congress’. Atty. General Garland would prosecute. Since the offense occurred in the District of Columbia, that is where the trial would be held. The only real question would be will the jury find him guilty before or after the lunch break?

I'd still ignore it. The DOJ has been inconsistent in who they prosecute when it comes to individuals being held in contempt of Congress. I'd like to see them in a court of law trying to defend their previous decisions not to prosecute certain people for contempt of Court while going after others. I love Donald Trump, but I'm not in favor of his running again, because his life wouldn't be any different than it has been these past 7+ years. He's been under a microscope, and under criminal investigation by Democrats ever since he announced his candidacy for President. Congressional Republicans are of no help, and Democrats aren't going to stop stealing elections either, because they know they will never be held accountable. If liberals can't get rid of Trump through the courts, they will kill him, plain and simple. This country is already f*cked so far, I doubt it will ever come back, not in the few years I have remaining anyway.
