I suspect that some many Western politicians and elite types are corrupt and raging that their money laundering is being interrupted.

Thinking on corruption as a central theme, we are watching a "politicized" FBI and CIA and some DAs all attacking what are now being called "domestic terrorists." That is, those who disagree with us, their betters. Corruption has become endemic and, as you write, if "the truth is uncovered -- they are DONE...."

Very few true criminals confess and almost no politicians ever can mange to say, "I was wrong." Until truths are uncovered....

Then, plea deals and rationalizations and "resigning to spend time with family" and such.
