Was no accident. It was a test run. I rate it an F for failure.
My one experience with PP was 3 years ago when they billed me when I did not even use it. I used my Visa card to order something from EBay and declined PP. The vendor got and processed my complete payment and 5 months later I got a notice from PP that my payment was overdue. They harassed me daily for over a month and threatened my credit score so I said what the hell its only a matter of 45 dollars and sent the check PP specified. PP returned the check and said it could only accept the first monthly payment of 9 dollars and change. I was not permitted to make a full payment of their bogus charge but must pay in monthly installments. I told them to go to hell and the scam went to the bill collector to whom I eventually sent the 22.50 “settlement” demanded. Paypal then 3 months later started all over again and this time I blocked them on my email. There has been no change on my credit score.
