I saw Peter Zeihan (the “famous geo-strategist” who IMHO is a CIA Ukraine PR war-whore) say — YES, Russia has run out of its “best” missiles, so it can only pound Ukraine cities with “old and dumb” rockets - thus they are not hitting anything strategic and its just weapons of terror on civilians
So, yes - you can certainly expect this fake narrative to be used.
So are you saying a park in the middle of Kiev had strategic value?
Or maybe the reports that Russia only has dumb missiles left are correct.
