How can these attacks today be possible?? Russia has been out of missles for 7 months.
Pretty clear these aren’t precision guided. Unless Russia really wanted to hit a park and the university in Kiev.
I would take that as proof they have indeed run out of guided missiles.
The propaganda is an attempt to demoralize Russians make them think Russia is losing.
When Russia is shown strong taking military action the propaganda turns to demonization of the Russian military action as horrible.
