Well said.
If you reread my post you will see I don’t say Putin is or is not insane. I don’t know if he is insane and I refuse to believe the propaganda both sides are putting out.
My point was, if Putin is deposed, his replacement might actually be insane and be much worse than Putin.
Well said.
Thanks TR.
“with exquisite precision”
lol
You should move to mother Russia. I'll pay for your one-way ticket.
... surveillance camera shows an explosion on a bridge in the Shevchenkivskyi district
Oh, my! That is bad news. I vaguely think of him as a tough foreign policy advocate, but was not aware that he got on the Orange Man Bad train. Thanks.
If by “re-opened” you mean one lane re-opened to automobile traffic only (no trucks) and similarly reduced traffic on the railway bridge, then you are correct. Nonetheless, the usage of the bridge to support Russian military resupply has been severely restricted, which I would call a success.
As for “escalate,” that’s a strange term to use for an attack on a legitimate military target that was used to support a foreign invasion.
The Ukes actually missed. If the truck has exploded at the top span, the whole thing would have unzipped.
““They want to destroy our energy system.”
Only abject negligence can describe the fact this was not done in February.
“The first episode has been played. There will be others. And further. I will express my personal position. I can’t help but mention it now. The Ukrainian state in its current configuration with the Nazi political regime will pose a constant, direct and clear threat to Russia. Therefore, in addition to protecting our people and protecting the borders of the country, the goal of our future actions, in my opinion, should be the complete dismantling of the political regime of Ukraine.”
Criminal negligence they did not take this tack from the onset.
It tends to harden the moral stance of those being bombarded.
As Napoleon noted: 1. In war, three-quarters turns on personal character and relations; the balance of manpower and materials counts only for the remaining quarter.
Variant: In war, moral power is to physical as three parts out of four.
Consider the battle of Britain, when the NAZIs attempted to demoralize the British with aerial bombardment.
Nato fags and the Ukes are getting their asses handed to them today.
LOL. FR at it’s most erudite. Thanks for the laugh.
I was being facetious, or trying to be.
Russian Empire? I thought that went out of business in 1917?
“Was Wilson insane when he dispatched the Mexican Punitive Expedition in 1915-16?”
What part of Mexico did the United States annex during that expedition?
