Yes, and it’s been a target since day one for Zelensky - you don’t think Putin didn’t know this? But Zelensky knew it would esculate the war for it’s symbolic meaning and he’s bent at seeing a NATO war with Russia.
Bridges get blown up in war. Either rebuild them or expect the enemy to rebuild them and use them.
