Nowadays when you hear that a reporter covers "misinformation and content moderation" you know they support censorship, although they absolutely hate that ugly but accurate description. And among the reporters with such a job description is Rebecca Kern of Politico.
The title of Kern's Wednesday article is also a reflection of her own attitude towards possible big changes coming to Twitter, "Three reasons Washington is freaking out about Elon Musk right now." And the big reason why Washington, and Kern, are freaking out is their fear that Musk will ditch censorship at Twitter.

Twitter suspended me for remarks I made to some Commie filth months ago. I can’t use my account until I retract it. I don’t retract or make apologies to Communists. I look forward to Elon taking over.
Misinformation: Any fact, statement, or opinion not furthering the interests of the state
Assuming the purchase goes through. Elon may wish to eliminate the censorship, but I suspect Twitter employees will sabotage the software to thwart those efforts. And sure, go ahead and fire the guilty, but that could be a vast majority of the company. It’s quite possible that Elon may lose a ton of money if this deals goes through.

He’s quirky, but I like Musk.
Lots of super smart people are a bit “off”.
We have enough useless Teams meetings cubicle dwellers.
We could use more Musks.
All that does is confirm everything Musk has said about Jack's mismanagement and his clumsy attempts to sell the site (to Google) by crafting it as a heavily-censored forum full of bots for sale or rent.
"Meanwhile, Democrats worry a revived Trump Twitter feed could be a huge boon for his future presidential ambitions.“If Trump is able to throw his support behind candidates with a very loud megaphone that may not be factually accurate, sharing misinformation and disinformation, that can absolutely sway elections away from Democrats,” Heywood Jablomenowski said.
Time to shake things up and fire the employees who work at Twitter. Replace them with new employees from India who will not be biased.
Political was bought out and is now owned by a conservative. It is itself subject to some controversy and pending change. Maybe she’ll be looking for a new job herself soon?
Dear Elon,
Please make Twitter USENET as I sleep better when I know liberals are screaming.
Thank you,
ME
I’m worried that Politico is still in business.
Anybody that smokes pot with Joe Rogan is OK in my book. Lol!
And drinks Scotch...and shoots a flamethrower while drunk and high.
