The moment of the explosion on the Crimean Bridge was recorded by security cameras.
At the 5 sec mark - two frames show a boat bow is visible - 1 frame you can see a bow wake - 2nd frame you can see the boat bow - 3rd frame is the explosion.

As more images come out the more I think you are absolutely correct. It was a boat.
