FreshPrince called it. It is a BMP-1. Has the 76mm low velocity cannon, not the 30mm autocannon.
NOT a tank. Technically not an APC (Armored Personal Carrier) but an IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) but that is quibbling a bit.
