Why anyone is attracted to NYCity is a mystery to me - it’s dirty - worn out and can’t compare to th more fibrent cities in our country. Internationally it’s like comparing the getto to modern cities.

I think NYC is dying a very slow death. Once a vibrant city of the world, all of those features are slowly slipping away. Commerce no longer needs a Wall Street, it's computers, no more stock certificates and need for paper shuffling transfer agents. It's going the way of a Bombay, a huge slum. And marketing and Madison Ave, it's all internet work from home. You pay triple taxes in NYC, people are moving out and although it may take decades, the Big Apple is rotting.
