The amount of dietary cholesterol you consume has virtually no adverse impact in a nutritious diet. In fact, having plenty of cholesterol in your diet can actually improve your overall cholesterol profile when it is part of aa healthy diet.

In the absence of dietary cholesterol, your body will be forced to make it on its own - and not always the best kind.

So feel free to eat as much eggs, butter, cheese and liver as you desire.
