Trump will announce that he is running for President right after the midterms if not before. Indicting an announced political opponent might be a bridge too far, even for the Biden DOJ. And if the GOP regains the House, Congressional investigations will follow on this matter as well as on the Biden Crime Family.

Yes, turnabout would be fair play. A Trump indictment would invite GOP grilling of which I’ll bet Biden wants no part.
As such, does an indictment prior to announcement makes more sense from the D perspective ?
