This is a victory for common sense and those who intelligently and courageously refused to get vaxxed.

AWESOME! But really, whk would want to work for a company that will turn on its employees like they did?

Damn, there are still some honest judges left in the land.
Kudos to this unicorn.

And for those that whimped out and quit, probably nothing. I said all along that people should stand and be fired if that is what it took. It took time, but they won. Hopefully we will see this play out the same over and over around the country.

Show me a company that WON’T turn on its employees when strong-armed by the government.

“wimped out and quit” — you mean those with the integrity to stand up for their own firm beliefs and suffer the consequences of loss of career and income?

Didn’t get the Vax or boosters. Got covid 19-84 last October. Wasn’t good but I’m fine and feel that natural immunity is best.

Fair point—but employees deserve to treat their employers with the same respect they are given—in this case—zero, nada, zilch.

Now add backpay and benefits. ...and pain and suffering. Then have all those who took the Jim Jones Jab under duress go after the NYPD for pain and suffering too.
Then every crime victim who suffered due to police understaffing needs to sue the NYPD as well.
To: Reno89519
I hope so too for military and airline pilots who stood their ground. Really for anyone who did.
