Those are the indians. They inhabit the lowest class in Mexico and are nearly universally the beggars, the old ladies selling krap jewelry on the beach or the 6 year old kids selling chicklets in the street. Archer Western (the contractor) should be sued. The guy was hired by AW, and they didn’t check to see if he was legal. I make sure all of the people I employ (my subcontractors) only have legal citizens.
