Day night- doesn’t matter- many people work graveyard shifts, night shifts etc, and will have to recharge in the day as a result- not to mention the fact that california hasn’t even mandated all electric vehicles yet- but they are already having serious problems=- not sure why you are even arguing by insinuating that it won’t be a problem in the future when the demand is many times what it is now?

LOL! It does. You said they could charge at night because of the rolling blackouts.
Since the blackouts are not at night they do not affect charging.
