Look at the north side of the storm circulation. It is definitely bumping into something at Sarasota Co., where you can see the curvature flattened and moving eastward. This is not the same as saying the storm's forward motion is eastward.
If the whatever-it-is holds, the storm center should make landfall south of earlier forecast solutions. Anyhow, our plans to evacuate have not changed at this time.
