It probably depends which way the wind blew the water in or pushed it out. Earlier I saw a few live cams of areas right on the ocean, and I mean like fishing piers/jetties, that barely had any flooding but other areas a bit farther away got hammered.
Question to all:
I understand that during/after a lightening rain storm their is increase in ozone in the air wich makes people fee happy & energized.
Does the hurricane create an increase of ozone that is being distributed by wind layer of the atmosphere as far north in Jacksonville? EVERYBODY, as far north as Jacksonville is out WALKING & I rolled down all my car windows only later afternoon started to lightly rain off & on! :)
