19 feet, way down at Naples? Not good news.

I see one report where Naples was more than 6’ above the highest tide, a new record. Last was 4.25’ in 2017.

Maybe the lobby of his building is lower than the ground - but I don’t think so. Plus if all of the cars floated away parked in the carports next to the building...

Google Earth is usually pretty accurate (within a foot for elevation). But high tide plus 6’ can’t be 19 feet.

Regardless - lots of devastation, especially Fort Meyers. DeSantis says this will probably be the 4th worst hurricane in the history of the state.
