Before you buy solar lights, pop the cap. Don’t buy unless you can remove the battery AND it is a normal battery. Replace the cheap factory battery with a ordinary AA or AAA NiMH rechargeable, for twice the storage and output. Charge em, pull the batts, keep em all together till you need em. ! to 2 lumens ain’t much light. 5 to 10... is.

We haven’t hard to much problem. But, we live way north outside of Jasksonville, FL. Inexpensive & can be placed around the house:)
