I am sick of all the coverage on TV of the Florida storm— “The Mother of All Storms” with reporters in the rain and wind, roofs coming off, trees down, palm trees being whipped by the wind. Its all the same. My Questions are: What is Trump doing in Mira-a-Lago? Is he moving out? Will he ride out the storm? What about Disney World in Orlando? What about that rocket they were to launch at the Cape? How hard did this storm hit Cuba? Its just Ron DiSantis, Florida, and the wind and rain—FOR THE NEXT 48 HOURS! Other things are happening in the world—we are about to engage Russia in a war that could slip into a world wide conflagration but all that is on TV is a guy in the rain telling us its windy and raining.
If you click on Bing news you get all those answers such as Katie Couric diagnosed with Breast Cancer and what hospital in Arkansas got shot up this morning.

Many of us care about what is going on right now.
I take it you've never been through a severe hurricane before, or you wouldn't make that post. Here's an old Freeper idea that might benefit you - "Turn it off!" "Cut the cable", "Etc."
Problem solved.
Apparently Cuba was hit hard but haven’t found a lot of detail. Puerto Rico (politicians) have been given a lot of money. They will be great because a Democrat is in the WH.
Twenty Nine Palms under Flash Flood warning (I’m not making this up)
Sick of it, are you? Tell you what, friend. Turn the tv off. Go outside. Call a friend. Read a book. Make a sandwich. Go to the thousands of websites that won’t mention Florida.
This one thread on this website is dedicated to this hurricane, at this time, in Florida.
Your self-absorbtion in the face of a catastrophe your fellow citizens are living through is startling.
Wow. Just wow. I moved to ft Myers FL a year and a half ago due to my husbands health and a desire to finally enjoy retirement years. Now we may lose everything. Everything. A friend of mine in her nineties refused to evac. A poor decision to be certain. Thank God above so far she is in one piece. I can’t get the loss of human and animal life out of my head. Everything else is expendable. I care deeply about this historic hurricane and the damage it is wrecking in lives.
