These documents are likely Crossfire Hurricane documents and they are likely copies.
The president Trump had a constitutional right to declassify these documents, and take copies of these documents.
As I said, the current president Biden can't go around and take documents from private citizens and start classifying them.
Biden can only reclassify his own existing copies.
Even if declassified they remained government documents.
Trump, even when president, can’t just declare government records to be his private property.
