Not sure I would call what he said a threat. It’s more like laying out his warnings so that when the West decides their next move they have to consider it. I doubt they’ll consider it because, as Trump keeps pointing out, they are not smart. I’ll add that I don’t think the West has strong leaders and because of that they have to try and look strong and that’s what gets these wars really going.

At that point, host Stuart Varney pointedly asked about Putin: “Is he sane? Is he solid mentally?”
Again suggesting a sense of something having shifted, without offering too many specifics, Trump responded that “it just doesn’t seem to be the same person that I was dealing with."
Trump says he would shut down Putin and his constant nuke threats by putting our nuke subs in a more threatening posture.
