They want their husbands to be cowards?
Understandably, they want their Russian husbands to live, not die for some Putin dream of a 'greater' Russia.
If you ask me allowing yourself to be conscripted to go and fight a war of aggression for some deluded pseudo tsar like Putin is cowardice. Moral cowardice.
Wives are focused on family. They are generally dependent on their husbands for survival. There is already a severe shortage of good quality husbands in Russia. The women might have to deal with poverty and reduced chances for their children.
