My husband gave the ASVAB test to large number of high school students a few years ago.

Not a one of them had a score that qualified for military service - and these were kids that wanted to join the military.

The U.S. will do what the old Roman Empire did: Hire mercenary soldiers from the 3rd world, with a promise of citizenship.

Wonder if that’s the hidden reason why employers can’t fill their positions — applicants but few are qualified.
