"I had a boss who banned us from putting up Dilbert comics on our cubicle walls."

Eons ago where I was stationed in the Army we had a bulletin board in a hallway outside the operations office. Unofficial postings began to appear periodically with anti-military themes, making fun of the extremely poor quality of our leadership.

That leadership responded by prohibiting unapproved postings. Next thing you know people were even posting socks on the board. I'm not sure what the experience of others was, but the morale was pretty low where I was.

The most entertaining postings were signed, "Midnight Lurker". No, it wasn't me. We had plenty of guys who it could have been. Never tried to find out. Didn't want to know.

My memory operates more slowly than in years past.

The postings were by the "Midnight Skulker", not the "Midnight Lurker".
