I listened to the sound clip. "Oz and "us" are very close phonetically and the audio isn't the best quality, so I'll give Fetterwoman the benefit of the doubt that he said 'send Oz back to New Jersey.'
The problem is that the crowd did not react in a positive way to that line...which tells me they did not understand what he said.
